I’ve created this page just for those who want a quick overview of my Energetic Healing services. If you’re looking for a little more detail, I have links to all the information pages on my site in the menu above. I offer a number of energetic methods to help bring balance to the whole person ... mind, body, and spirit. Energetic healing is great for helping to remove negative energies and for general stress reduction. It can also aid in relaxation. By minimizing the effects of stress we maximize our body’s ability to function properly. Energetic healing can also help manage chronic pain. I tailor each Energetic Healing session to the client’s needs. I frequently will use tuning forks to help “unstick” stubborn energies and I have crystals, singing bowls, and aromatherapy blends that can be added to the session if needed. By appointment only … no walk-ins and same-day appointments are not available. I schedule appointments between Noon and 7:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and alternate Saturdays. Please call and leave a message at (310) 322-1049 or email (using the form on my contact page) to request an appointment and I’ll respond as soon as I’m able, usually within one business day (Tue-Fri). Special arrangements can occasionally be made for later weekday evening or Saturday appointments. I am not available for sessions on Sundays, Mondays, or National holidays (if the banks and Post Office are closed, so am I). A little about what I do The core of my practice is Energetic Healing. I have been trained to use energy available from around us to help others heal physically and emotionally. I do not limit the type of energy used in sessions (some practitioners prefer to only work with a specific energy, like Reiki) and call in what ever energies will best serve the client. Energetic healing methods (homeopathy, acupuncture, Reiki, etc) are an excellent complement to meditation, yoga, exercise, and other healing methods. By removing some (or all) of the negative energies and stress in your energetic body it’s easier for your physical body to maintain the balance necessary to stay healthy. During sessions I allow my intuition to guide the process and will add in sound (via singing bowls or tuning forks), aromatherapy, and/or crystals to assist with creating the proper energy flow for the client. In addition to Energetic Healing sessions, I also generate grids using a Mayan process called Light Language. This process uses sacred geometries and color to create a very specific energy flow attached to a person, place, or situation.
